All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders.
Every item sold by AttireByElora is handmade and/or made to order. Because each piece is custom-crafted specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or order cancellations once a purchase has been made.
Before You Order
We encourage you to message us at support@attirebyelora.com or through our contact form before placing your order if you have any questions about sizing, fabric, color, or customization. We're happy to help make sure your piece is exactly right before it's made.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@attirebyelora.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and original packaging
- A description of the issue
We will review each case individually and do our best to make it right, whether through a replacement or another resolution.
Product Characteristics
Due to the handmade nature of our products, items may have natural variations, unique markings, or artisanal imperfections inherent to handcrafted goods. These characteristics are not considered defects.
